SubQuery Seekers Challenge a Tremendous Success

After an incredible 3 months, our SubQuery Seekers Program came to a close on 10 April 2024. Throughout years of building SubQuery, our thriving community has been at the forefront of everything we do. We created the Seekers Program as a way of rewarding our most valued community members and to help decentralise our token and network.

The program was a tremendous success and with your help, we’ve reached hundreds of thousands of web3 natives. We hope you all enjoyed your time in the program, learning about SubQuery, participating in our network, supporting us on Zealy, and completing the other various challenges along the way

Let’s Talk Numbers

Here are some key stats from the Seekers program: Total participants reached an impressive 300,629 while 17,494 are eligible to share in the 50,000,000 SQT rewards pool.

The highest score achieved was 5,908,500, with the top referral count at 504. The average score per participant stands at 8,614. For more details, check the image below:

Rewards Distribution

Eligible participants will be able to see your individual SQT allocation from the SubQuery Claim Page from tomorrow Tuesday 16th of April 2024. The 50 million SQT is distributed proportionally to Eligible participants based on their score.

Eligible participants are all those who have completed the two requirements below:

Must have an approved KYC check
Must have a verified email
Must have earned over 1,000 points from Seekers challenges

Note: referrals must also meet the requirements above for a referral bonus to count.

The Seekers 50 million tokens are subject to 6 months of vesting with linear block-by-block unlocks. The tokens will be on the Base network and you will need to claim them on the SubQuery Claim Page, the same way you may have claimed SQT airdrops or Public Sale tokens.

What to do with your new SQT

Once you have claimed your airdropped SQT (note: they are subject to 6 months of vesting), you will immediately be able to put your tokens to work and participate in the SubQuery Network mainnet. The network is powered by the SubQuery Token (SQT), which is designed as a utility token that provides an incentive for participation, as well as serves as a medium of exchange for transactions within the SubQuery Network.

Stay Active - Plenty of Rewards to Come!

Seekers may have ended but the fun is far from over. As always our community is our priority and we want to reward the most active in contributing to SubQuery's success. Check out some of our upcoming campaigns below:

April SubQuery Surge: In April we want to grow and vibrant Discord community so we’re running a Discord referral campaign every week in April. Every Monday a new round kicks off and at the end of the week, the top 5 inviters are rewarded with SQT and Discord roles. This is a super easy way to earn some SQT so make sure you’re in our Discord and then invite all your frens.

Spring Delegation Frenzy: Starting in May, we will begin a huge campaign with big rewards up for grabs for delegation activities on the SubQuery Network. Remember that delegating is the act of staking your tokens on your favourite node operators to earn rewards - therefore you’re already earning rewards AND you’ll have a chance to earn more! Zealy Quests: We love how active you are on our Zealy Questboard and we encourage you to keep it up! There are always new quests being added and we will continue to run sprints and quests with both SQT and Discord roles up for grabs.
