Today we are excited to showcase a deep dive into our strategic partnerships with one of the largest and most established wallets in Polkadot — Fearless Wallet.
If you didn’t already know, Fearless Wallet provide one of the easiest to use non-custodial wallets out there for Polkadot, and is complete with staking tools. They’ve been on the market for a long time, and have steadily improved, continually adding new features and functionality.
SubQuery’s service is a critical part of Fearless Wallet’s stack. SubQuery is primarily used to collect, organise, and present account history for each possible address, including transactions, extrinsics, and (in future) staking revenue.
But the scale of Fearless wallet’s implementation is what sets it apart. Fearless Wallet maintains SubQuery projects for over 21 different parachains across Polkadot and Kusama. As one of Polkadot’s leading wallets, Fearless Wallet focuses on network coverage across the rapidly expanding ecosystem. The ease of implementing SubQuery for each different network makes this possible: changing a few lines per project is all that is needed.

Fearless Wallet are also working hard to implement advanced analytics tools focusing on collator and validator staking functionality across various parachains. SubQuery is going to play an indispensable part in this functionality, as it will be used to collect, calculate, and serve reward data directly to the app. Additionally, you should expect to see RMRK NFT and Polkaswap DEX functionality integrated directly into the app soon.
Fearless Wallet is using SubQuery Projects to manage their own project and make updates as required. They take advantage of SubQuery’s enterprise-level hosting to receive dedicated databases, automated deployments, and geographic routing to multiple clusters around the world for performance and uptime. The indexing and query services we provide are completely managed by SubQuery and provided to the Polkadot community in SubQuery’s Explorer.
